About the room
- How many guests does the room hold comfortably, not at maximum?
- Is there a separate room for the kallah and for the chosson?
- What is happening in the building that same night?
About the food
- Who is the mashgiach, and are they present for the whole event?
- Can we taste the menu, and how far in advance?
- What is the charge for guests added in the last week?
About the money
- What is included in the price, and what is charged separately?
- When are the payments due and is there a card fee?
- What happens to the deposit if the date changes?
About the evening itself
- What time may the band start and must it end?
- Is there valet parking, and how many cars can it hold?
- Who is the point person on the night, with a phone number?
Write the answers down while you are sitting there, and get the total in one number by email before you sign anything.
